1. Product information: You will find the fiberglass and chemical products information listed on our website, as the technical sheet shall be updated according to the improvement by our R&D department, maybe it can't be uploaded on website in time.

2. Order: Please send us the product description, order quantity, package, quality requirement and lead time when placing the formal order, then we will provide you the PI/contract for your confirmaiton.

3. Payment terms: By T/T 30% for down payment, the balance 70% shall be paid against copy of B/L, or L/C at sight.

4. Quality:

4-1  If the customer can provide us the sample, we will produce the order according to the sample, and the cargo will be inspected and approved according to the sample quality, if can't provide the sample, we will produce the order according to GB or company quality standard.  

4-2 The quality issue shall be notified us within 30 days after receiving the goods, and together with the pictures and detailed description.

4-3 The solution of quality issue shall be friendly negotiated between us and find the best way to solve it.

5. Package: If the customer have special packing requirement, please provide it when placing the order, if not, we will use our company's package.
