Methyl Tin Mercaptide Heat Stabilizer is an efficient liquid organic tin heat stabilizer. It is applicable to PVC processing including rolling, extrusion, injection molding and film blowing. It has the excellent initial coloration and good dynamically machining stability. It can be widly used to produce  transparent or colored products owing to its excellent transparency and coloring performance.
The main advantages are nontoxic  and high transparency. It is very suitable for using in medicine,
food packaging and UPVC drinking water pipe. 
Methyl Tin Mercaptide is approved by US FDA (21 CFR 178.2010) and German BGA (ⅡA,4C) certification, which can be used for food packaging materials and upper water pipes. It’s safe and reliable. Methyl Tin Mercaptide has been selected as the leading product of PVC stabilizer in developed countries.

Product Characteristics
Heat stability: It has extremely high thermal stability and excellent initial coloration.
Pellucidity: PVC products have excellent transparency. It has purity coloration and very few gases, no precipitation.
Process ability: It has extremely excellent high temperature chromaticity stability
Dynamic stability. No scaling phenomenon, and shorten the equipment cleaning time in production. It is suitable for PVC processing technology no matter soft or hard, such as rolling, extrusion, injection molding and film blowing.
Safety: Methyl Tin Mercaptide is approved by the US FDA and BGA certification in Germany, which can be used for food packaging materials and upper water pipes. It is safe and reliable.

INSTRUCTION
Shipping Mark:The packing bucket shall be indicated factory name, address, product description, net weight, gross weight, manufacturing date etc..
Packaging: The product should be loaded in clean and dry plastic bucket or lining plastic iron bucket(200L/bucket). The opening place of the bucket should be set with plastic sealing ring and dustproof cover, normal new weight is 220kg/bucket, other packing requirements are available.
Transporation: Carefully loading and unloading is necessary to avoid any damage or leakage happened, the product should be moved and put lightly.
Storage: The recommended storage temperature is from 5℃ to 30℃,the bucket should be put in dry and cool place, it should be sealed firmly after using.
Safety: The product should be prevented to enter eyes, once contacting with eyes, please wash it immediately. The working site should have the well ventilated system in case of breathing in evaporated gas.
Environment: Reference to the Occupational Safety Administration of the United States (OSHA), the environmental safety standard for all industries using organic tin is 0.1mg/m³, short-term exposure value is 0.2mg/m³.
Warranty period: 12 months
