Application

Water Paint: The main function is to improve the smoothness and flowability of the surface of wet coatings by reducing the interfacial tension. It is easy to spread on paper and improve the coating adaptability. It also improves the coating surface by giving the dry coating a certain plasticity and slippage, with better calendering adaptability and by reducing or eliminating the fuzzing and powder dropping to improve the water paint performance.
Paper Industry: As a lubricant for paper coating, it can improve the lubricity and hydrophobicity of the coating surface, and improve the lubrication and delicacy of the coating, make the paper smooth and prevent cracking after drying.
Textile Products: It can be used as polishing agent to improve surface hydrophobicity.
Printing Industry: It can prevent the powder dropping down and linting during calender, cutting and printing, and thus improve the appearance and printing performance of paper.
Rubber Industry: As plasticizer in rubber processing, it can soften natural rubber and whole rubber, and almost no effect on vulcanization.
Metal Processing: Lubrication of metal materials in cold extrusion, cold stamping and cold drawing processing.
Plastic Processing Industry: It can also be used as heat stabilizer of PVC and lubricant and release agent for various plastics processing.
